Terms of Service

By using Lugue, you agree to these terms. They cover what the service is, what you can do with it, and where the responsibility sits.

The Service

Lugue is an AI-assisted rapport-outreach and lead-intelligence tool. We provide ICP scoring, research, outreach drafting, enrichment, discovery, revive, and read-only CRM sync. Lugue drafts content for you to review and send yourself — Lugue does not send messages on your behalf and does not operate autonomous outreach agents.

Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old. Creating an account is your representation that you are.
Signup requires a corporate email address. We do not accept personal or disposable-email domains.
You may sign in with Google; doing so authorizes Lugue to access your name, email, and profile picture for account creation and authentication only.
One account per person. You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Credits & Billing

Subscription credits reset monthly and do not roll over.
Pay-as-you-go credits do not expire.
Prices may change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
No refunds on consumed credits, except where required by law.
When credits are exhausted, billable operations stop — no surprise overage billing.
Beta promotional codes, when redeemed, apply the disclosed discount for the period shown at checkout.

Your Content & Your Responsibility

Outreach drafts generated via Lugue are the User's own content. The User is the author, publisher, and sender; the User is solely responsible for any disclosure, accuracy, or compliance requirements applicable to outbound content.

This includes, without limitation, anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR ePrivacy), professional-services regulations, industry-specific disclosure rules, and any platform-specific terms (LinkedIn, email providers, messaging platforms) where you choose to send Lugue-drafted content.

You own your lead data. We process it solely to deliver the service. You can export your data as CSV from inside the app at any time and delete your account at any time.

AI-Generated Content

Scores, research briefs, outreach drafts, and similar outputs are produced by large language models. Output is suggested content, not professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. Consistent with the EU AI Act (Art. 50), Lugue discloses that AI-labelled outputs inside the product are AI-generated. Always review output before relying on it or sending it. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content.

Intellectual Property

Lugue, including the name, logo, UI, code, prompts, scoring logic, enrichment pipeline, and documentation, is owned by the operator of Lugue and protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service during your subscription term.

You retain ownership of lead data you upload and of drafts you accept and send as your own content. Anonymized, non-identifying usage telemetry may be used by us to improve the service and for pricing analysis.

Acceptable Use

Lugue is built for relationship-driven outbound. You agree not to:

Use Lugue to run high-volume, spray-and-pray, or bulk-automated outreach. Lugue's drafting flow is single-lead by design; circumventing that is a violation of these terms.
Send outbound content that violates anti-spam, consumer-protection, or platform-specific rules.
Harass, defraud, threaten, or mislead recipients using Lugue-drafted content.
Scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise attempt to extract models, prompts, or proprietary logic from Lugue.
Abuse rate limits or attempt to bypass credit accounting.
Upload illegal content, content infringing third-party rights, or content violating applicable export-control or sanctions regimes.
Resell, sublicense, or provide the service to third parties without written permission.

No Automated Sending

Lugue drafts content; Lugue does not send. We do not provide native outbound delivery and do not operate autonomous sales-development agents on your behalf. Any sending, scheduling, or delivery is performed by you, through your own tools and accounts, under your own responsibility.

Availability

We provide best-effort uptime. No service-level agreement applies to Free or Pro tiers. Scheduled maintenance may occur with reasonable notice where practical.

Suspension & Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from inside the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, for suspected fraud, for non-payment, or for activity that endangers other users or our providers, with notice where reasonably practical. On termination, unused subscription credits are forfeited; unused pay-as-you-go credits remain available for any reactivated account as permitted by applicable law.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant any specific reply rate, conversion rate, or commercial outcome from using Lugue-drafted content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lugue and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to Lugue in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lugue and its operator from claims arising out of outbound content you send, your violation of these terms, your misuse of the service, or your infringement of third-party rights.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes are announced via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Brazil, except where mandatory consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
